My learning's for this week are gentle reminders to me of all that is and all that is still to come:
1. Expect the unexpected, spontaneous is good.
2. When you make a decision, stick with it and don't look back.
3. Allow yourself to feel and accept the emotions as they occur. They are there for a reason and all provide healing.
4. Don't sweat the small stuff.
5.Laugh, enjoy food, enjoy family, enjoy life.
6. Appreciate that you are loved unconditionally.
7. Trust the Universe and God to deliver what you need, when you need it.
8. Trust yourself and look after yourself.
9. Don't ignore the opportunities that present themselves.
10. Anything is possible and everything can be positive.
